Stu.Do is built by a small team at Mend Labs. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you'd like to tell us what's missing — write to us. We read every message.
The fastest way to reach us is the form below, or email hello@stu.do directly. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
/01Do I need an account to use Stu.Do?
No. Stu.Do is offline-first and works fully on your device without an account. Signing in is optional and only unlocks cloud sync across devices, group assignments, and chat.
/02How do I sign in?
You can sign in with email and password, an emailed one-time code, Google, or Apple ID. Open Settings → Account to get started.
/03How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account (under "Danger zone"). This permanently removes your account and all data linked to it within minutes. It can't be undone.
/04I'm not getting push notifications. What should I check?
Push notifications need three things: you're signed in, the OS-level notification permission is granted, and Stu.Do's in-app notifications toggle is on (Settings → Notifications).
/05Can I import a syllabus?
Yes — Stu.Do can read a syllabus PDF or photo and turn it into courses, assignments, and exams. Open the import flow from the home screen. Sign-in is required.
/06What platforms does Stu.Do support?
Stu.Do is available on iOS (14.0+). Android support is planned for a future release, and desktop and web builds are in development.
/07Something else?
Use the form below or email hello@stu.do. Please include your device, OS version, and the app version (Settings → About) for bug reports — it makes triage much faster.
